 As part of B.Ed curriculum , we the English optional students of BNV College of Teacher Education, had the opportunity to engage in video scripting. This experience was only enriching but also highly educational. Whole class was divided into two groups. Our group members were Christamol, Gayathri, Akhila, Amala, Abhijith and Shilpa. The video scripting project on R K Narayan’s The Trio has been an enlightening and transformative experience for all of us. This journey has understood the importance of integrating multimedia into education highlighting how powerful story telling can bridge gaps and make learning an engaging and dynamic experience.Reflecting on this project, we realize that the tru essence lies in innovation and creativity.By stepping out of our traditional roles and embracing the multifaceted nature of teaching, we have broadened our horizons and enhanced our ability to connect with students on a deeper level.This experience has shown us that effective education is not just about imparting knowledge but about inspiring and engaging learners through diverse methods.One work on "The Trio" has demonstrated the potential of video scripting to transform literacy texts into vibrant educational tools.It has instilled in us a sense of confidence and excitement about using technology and creativity in our future classrooms.We are now more equipped to craft lessons that not only educate byt also inspire and captivate.

First Week at Fort High School

It was my first day in Fort High School. It contains only three days from wednesday to friday and it was a great experience as a teacher. I got three classes in 9A and I  completed my three activity lesson plan and students were very active. Students had there mid term examination going on and therefore they had a tight schedule. I served the mid day meal for student along with other staffs and also helped teacher's to conduct mid term examinations and NAS examination.  The first week of my teaching practice was a nice experience for me and also I felt happy when students came ad said they liked the class.

FIFTH WEEK OF TEACHING PRACTICE IN THE SECOND PHASE

 It was my fifth week of teaching practice. This week was after the model examination. On Monday there was sports day and all children were eager to participate for various items they wish on the sports day and I along with my peers helped the PT Sir in conducting the sports day by helping in marking the positions whether its 1st, 2nd or 3rd places for few games. Tuesday was a holiday. Rekha Maam and Shiny Maam came for there observations which was also the last observation of the phase. This week only contains three days.

Fifth week of teaching practice at Fort school

-
 5th Week of teaching practice at Fort School  School reopened after the Onam vacation. We all have our general, optional observations on this week.Initially, the students were a bit restless, still carrying the excitement of the holiday while I teaching but through engaging discussions and interactive activities, I noticed their focus shifting as they became absorbed in the themes of the lesson. The school has an interschool football competition as part of Swatchatha Bharath and Fort School itself won the match. Short put, Javelin throw were there for High school and upper primary sections.
