First week of teaching practice in Second phase

 The second phase of teaching practice was initiated on 06.11.2024 (Wednesday) and is supposed to end by 11.12.2024. I was assigned to conduct my second phase of practice at Fort High School, Trivandrum. Built majestically at a prestigious building, the Fort School is situated at Kizhakkekkotta and is headed by Pradeep Sir as the Headmaster to the school. 

I got the same class as I got in the first phase. So it makes me feel better. I taught them the balance of what I taught them before. 

At first day of teaching practice in second phase students were having their Kalolsavam at nalanchira school. They got C grade for their performance .

First Week at Fort High School

It was my first day in Fort High School. It contains only three days from wednesday to friday and it was a great experience as a teacher. I got three classes in 9A and I  completed my three activity lesson plan and students were very active. Students had there mid term examination going on and therefore they had a tight schedule. I served the mid day meal for student along with other staffs and also helped teacher's to conduct mid term examinations and NAS examination.  The first week of my teaching practice was a nice experience for me and also I felt happy when students came ad said they liked the class.

FIFTH WEEK OF TEACHING PRACTICE IN THE SECOND PHASE

 It was my fifth week of teaching practice. This week was after the model examination. On Monday there was sports day and all children were eager to participate for various items they wish on the sports day and I along with my peers helped the PT Sir in conducting the sports day by helping in marking the positions whether its 1st, 2nd or 3rd places for few games. Tuesday was a holiday. Rekha Maam and Shiny Maam came for there observations which was also the last observation of the phase. This week only contains three days.

Fifth week of teaching practice at Fort school

-
 5th Week of teaching practice at Fort School  School reopened after the Onam vacation. We all have our general, optional observations on this week.Initially, the students were a bit restless, still carrying the excitement of the holiday while I teaching but through engaging discussions and interactive activities, I noticed their focus shifting as they became absorbed in the themes of the lesson. The school has an interschool football competition as part of Swatchatha Bharath and Fort School itself won the match. Short put, Javelin throw were there for High school and upper primary sections.
