INNOVATIVE WORK OF SECOND PHASE

Innovative work refers to creative and effective teaching strategies, methods, or resources that enhance the learning experience for students. It includes the use of technology, such as smart classrooms, educational apps, and multimedia presentations, to make lessons more engaging. Innovative work also involves activity-based learning, like role-playing, group discussions, and experiential learning, which help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Additionally, integrating interdisciplinary approaches, differentiated instruction, and inclusive teaching methods ensures that diverse learners benefit from the lessons. In the context of teacher education, innovative aids like lesson plan templates, ICT tools, and reflective teaching practices help future educators improve their teaching abilities and adapt to modern educational needs.

I created my innovative work to enhance the understanding of the chapter "A Day in the Country". I decided to create a still model specially developed for the chapter "A Day in the Country" which could provide summary and main plot of the entire story. My goal was to provide a clear and visual aid that could effectively breakdown the complexity in understanding the story. By using colour chart, colour paper, acrylic colors for making the model. this model was coming my sixteenth lesson plan.
